Mission
The mission of Art Teachers of Etsy is to bring art educators on Etsy together to share ideas, collaborate through distance learning and always encourage one another to continue making art to nourish our own creative needs. Our team is important as a network of teaching artists where stories from the classroom can be told and members can offer a support system for creative outlets. It is our goal to share in the experience of: promoting art appreciation to our students, allowing art to be a creative and therapeutic experience for our students, supporting new ideas in the classroom, exchanging lesson plan ideas for new projects, sharing stories of funny, memorable, and even life changing experiences, offering a support system to really keep each other accountable to our own creative needs such as keeping it real with making your own art, and promoting each others'etsy shops! Phew!Welcome to the Art Teachers of Etsy blogspot. This page is a launchpad for our new team. New Membership Applications are available here.
